Dr. Michael Drelles, DO
Anesthesiologist and Pain Medicine Specialist
Dr. Michael Drelles is a double-board-certified anesthesiologist and pain medicine specialist with over 15 years of experience. A proud native of Southeast Michigan, he brings extensive training from prestigious institutions such as Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Dr. Drelles then continued his training at the world-renowned ACGME-accredited University of California Davis Pain Management Center and where he completed an ACGME-accredited fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine.
Expertise
Dr. Drelles excels in diagnosing and treating a diverse spectrum of chronic pain conditions. His expertise encompasses fundamental interventional techniques as well as innovative procedures like radiofrequency ablation (RFA), Vertiflex, spinal cord and peripheral nerve stimulation. His distinction includes being one of the only 22 doctors in Michigan certified to implant Vertiflex for lumbar spinal stenosis.
Philosophy
Believing in a holistic patient-centered approach, Dr. Drelles advocates combining physical therapy, medications, psychological intervention therapy, interventional pain procedures, and surgical referrals to formulate a comprehensive treatment plan.
Bobby Issac, NP-C
Nurse Practitioner
Robert Issac NP-C was raised in Waterford, MI and graduated from Waterford Mott High School in 2004. He received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and his Master’s of Science in Nursing from University of Detroit Mercy. Nurse Practitioner Issac completed his training in Michigan and is Certified.

Medical interests include same day care and pain management.
